Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return the Puppy’s from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your puppy must have an issue declared by your vet and in the same condition that you received it.
Your puppy must be in it’s original Crate.
Your puppy needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.
Once we receive the puppy back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received puppy and making sure all you said was true . We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or change of puppy after inspecting the puppy.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (through the original method of payment) or change of puppy.
You will receive the funds instantly or the new puppy after few hours depending on where are you located and flight.
We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your puppy.
